Dan Freshley - Partner
Dan serves as the partner of Radiant Stays. He resides in Richmond, VA with his wife Sarah, daughter Peighton, and goldendoodle Maverick.
​
In addition to Radiant Stays, Dan is the CEO & President of a Virginia Class A home improvement contracting business specializing in solar, roofing and battery backup projects, amongst other services. He is also the COO of a solar consulting company providing services to homeowners nationally as well as industry education to solar professionals and entrepreneurs.
​
On the weekends you can often find him with a camera in hand filming or photographing weddings and events or spending time out on the water with friends and family. Dan is an avid golfer and has played the game since he was a kid. He graduated from Shenandoah University with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science and was a four year member of the baseball team.
Brandon Baldwin - Partner
Brandon serves as a partner of Radiant Stays. He resides in Richmond, VA with his wife Hannah and their children Jodie, Reagan, and Shepherd.

Brandon’s desire is to maximize the potential of every ONE. He is the President and Co-Founder of a community-based nonprofit, New Community. Along with nonprofit leadership and entrepreneurship, he is an active Motivational Speaker and Executive Coach. He graduated from Regent University with a Masters in Leadership.

Brandon loves what he does, but his life is the fullest when he’s coaching his children’s teams on Saturdays and cheering on his wife and kids in the the pursuit of their dreams.
